1. Shipping Timeframe
Our commitment is to dispatch orders promptly; however, due to varying levels of demand, stock availability, and order volume, shipping may take place anytime within one week to one month from the date of purchase. We continually strive to ensure timely delivery to all of our valued customers.
2. Lost or Stolen Shipments
Once an order has been shipped and confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Brick Boost shall not be held liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or otherwise not received. Customers are encouraged to provide secure delivery addresses to mitigate such risks.
3. Damaged Goods
Brick Boost exercises utmost care in packaging all merchandise. Nonetheless, we do not assume responsibility for any damage sustained to the product or its packaging during transit. All risk of damage passes to the customer once the order has been shipped.
4. Order Cancellation Policy

5. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the unique and custom nature of our brick-built models, all sales are considered final. Returns and exchanges will only be honored in the rare circumstance where an incorrect item has been shipped.
6. Incorrect Orders
In the event that you receive an item that does not correspond with your order, please notify us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Upon verification, Brick Boost will take the necessary steps to resolve the matter promptly.
7. International Orders
Brick Boost offers international shipping to select regions. Please note that all customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
8. Shipping Delays
While we endeavor to provide accurate shipping estimates, Brick Boost cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, adverse weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
